At the Cà Sonino You can taste the best cold cuts D.O.P. as the Coppa, the Pancetta and Salame, lots of little goodies, like original appetizers, the famous Tortelli with braid made with Fresh Cheese and Herbs, Ravioli with braised donkey, a unique recipe passed down in the family, and the Pisarei Fasò, literally dumplings with sauces beans that can not miss! at Christmas however, the tradition imposes Anolini soup and many other dishes ... All strictly done by us!
As main courses we offer braised donkey with Polenta, Pork Knuckle cooked in a wood fired oven, and roast pork and donkey ribs, guinea fowls, ducks, minced donkey meat .... and so on and so forth! Even the desserts evoke the traditional cooking, such as the cake Sbriciolona and others which always take inspiration from the seasons!
